LEAFCLUB aims to provide you with the best product possible. All plants have been inspected and hand packaged before leaving the store. Kindly note that plants are living specimen and no plant looks the same.
However, if you are not satisfied with the condition of your plant when received please send us an email with a picture and a description of your issue/concern within 24 hours of delivery to courtney@leafclub.co.za, we will evaluate and at our discretion send you a replacement plant or offer you a store credit. Unfortunately no refunds or replacements will be offered after this 24 hour period.

Accessories - If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, kindly send us an email to info@thegivinggreenstore.co.za and we will offer you a store credit provided that the product is:

Received in a re-saleable condition,

Free of damages and tampering,

Free of physical alteration, partial or entire disassembly.

LEAFCLUB reserves the right to refuse a return or store refund if failure to these terms.
